At Shop Smartly , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a very flexible return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  •  Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
  •  Items must not have been used, worn, or altered in any way

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via email mentioned on website to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.
  5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Refund Options

  • Refund to original payment method.
  • Store credit towards future purchase

Exceptions

  • Change of mind is not applicable for return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspect the parcel within one day of delivery and if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through email.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund, whichever is applicable.
  • Any claim for damaged product after one day of delivery will not be acceptable.
