Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must not have been used, worn, or altered in any way
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team via email mentioned on website to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Exceptions
- Change of mind is not applicable for return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspect the parcel within one day of delivery and if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through email.
- We will provide a replacement or refund, whichever is applicable.
- Any claim for damaged product after one day of delivery will not be acceptable.
